Bijou Theater Store — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are the official return and refund terms for all products sold on the Bijou Theater Store.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design from what was ordered)

To start a return request, contact us at support@bijoutheater.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Disliking the design

  • Late delivery due to carrier delays

  • Any digital products or downloadable content

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping or issue a replacement without requiring the item to be sent back (depending on the situation).

If a return is approved for any reason outside of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the return request is approved and processed. Refunds:

  • Are returned to the original payment method

  • Are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Do not include original shipping charges unless the error was ours

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations and changes are not possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be refunded.
